We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Business Development Manager to join our fast-paced Out-of-Home (OOH) media agency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales and business development, and the ability to effectively engage with clients and prospects. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their advertising needs, provide exceptional customer service, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Prospect Identification: Identify potential clients in the market who could benefit from our OOH media solutions. Utilize market research, industry knowledge, and networking to create a robust pipeline of leads.
Strategic Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings. Craft compelling pitches tailored to the specific needs and goals of each potential client.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis for each client, understanding their target audience, advertising objectives, and budget constraints. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized OOH solutions that meet client requirements.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals that outline recommended OOH media strategies, pricing structures, and expected outcomes. Address client inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.
Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Strive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the agency's profitability.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics that could impact clients' advertising strategies. Use this information to enhance the agency's offerings and provide clients with relevant insights.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Communicate client expectations, preferences, and project details accurately to deliver exceptional results.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities using CRM tools. Generate regular reports outlining sales performance and revenue projections.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least - years in business development or sales, preferably in the advertising, media, or marketing sectors.
