As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our Takaful products, providing tailored financial protection solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Takaful products and services.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct needs assessments to offer customized Takaful solutions that align with clients' financial goals and values.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of Takaful products to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, including policy maintenance and claims support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- A passion for sales and a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of Takaful principles and Islamic finance is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Sales Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous sales experience in financial services or insurance is preferred, but not required.
- Understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, and closing techniques.
- Ability to articulate the unique value propositions of Takaful products to a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client engagement and sales activities.
