Description

Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality lead through bidding platforms.

• Understand client’s requirements and ensure conversion of leads into sales.

• Communicate with clients on calls and chats.

• Draft, proofread and send proposals to clients by clearly understating requirements.

• Resolve clients queries and deliver the quality work as per defined SLAs/SOPs.

• Meet sales target within given deadline.

• Ensure client retention through timely delivery of quality work.

• Mention clear requirements in CRM for better and easy understanding for productions department.

• Ensure proper liaison between client and production department to mitigate issues, revisions and rewrites.

• Ensure that the client is satisfied to reduce probabilities of refunds and disputes.

• Coordinate with team members/coordinators/lead for the completion of the assigned task/target.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Understanding/experience for bidding on platforms such as upwork, hubstaff, talent, credo, fiverr, Freelancer, outsourcely, textbroker, workhoppers, freeeup would be preferred.

• Bachelors of business administration or A/O levels.

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

• Competency to abide by daily deadlines.

One-month training and product will be given to Freshers to excel in Business Development Domain.

This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
