• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes

• Ensure provided services meet customer expectations and demand

• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing a problem

• Work closely with the service delivery team to improve services

• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of services

• Working knowledge of all the services that company provides

• In-depth understanding of company standards and policies

• Review and monitor client feedback

• Communicates quality standards for smooth operations and parameters to service delivery team

• Closely monitor Coordination between SD team and clients

• To provide comprehensive support to the Service Delivery team and where necessary provide an interface between SD team and client to facilitate good and productive working relationships, acting with appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive and difficult issues

• Ensuring completion of all tasks assigned and reporting directly to MD

• Ensure all deliverables are achieved unless agreed otherwise.

• Performs other duties as assigned
