Description
The incumbent must have prior experience in filing and prosecution of mechanical, electro/mechanical and chemical patent applications, trademark applications, the preparation and negotiation of patent licenses, know-how licenses, secrecy agreements, cooperative licensing programs, technology development and joint development. He/she should have intensive knowledge in US laws related to patent, trademark and copyright.

Utopia Deals is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Associate Attorney (Corporate) in the field of Consulting in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have llb qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require copyright, patents, trademark, data-profiling mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 50k to 70k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
