Description

Sells products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects.

Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase Sales. 
Find new business opportunities by maintaining relations with existing clients and using cold calls method.
Willing to move in rural and urban areas.
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Build and maintain networks with key industry influencers (e.g. agriculture board) to stay abreast with latest trends and ideas.  
Monitoring the performance of the sales team.  
Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives

Job Specification

Hadron Solar is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Assistant Sales Manager in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Lahore, Faislabad, Multan - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have degree in business or agri engineering, willing to travel to remote rural areas, owns a vehicle, qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require sales, new business, cold, calls, urban, quality, service, industry, agriculture, ideas, monitoring, performance, sales manager mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
