Description

One of our Client , a leading industry in *Rubber, Sports & Auto parts* is looking for the following position ( *Lahore Based- Harbanspura* ):

We are looking for a high-performing Sales person to drive revenue growth across our industrial rubber and retail sports divisions. You will be responsible for managing high-value B B industrial accounts and executing go-to-market strategies for our Rubber product lines. The ideal candidate possesses a mix of technical industrial knowledge.

•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand our market presence.

• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial clients (rubber components) and major retail partners.

• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales representatives, providing technical guidance on product specifications.

• Research competitor pricing, industry trends, and unmet customer needs to recommend product line

Identify new customers and coordinate marketing campaigns or trade shows.

• Maintain strong rapport with existing distributors and resolve customer inquiries.

• Conduct market research on rubber industry trends and customer needs.

• Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, lead generation, and achieving regional sales volume targets

Education & Experience: Graduate/MBA in Marketing & - yrs Proven track record in B B sales in FMCG preferrable in Rubber, auto-parts & sports industries.

Salary: k to k plus commission, Fuel & Car maintenance
