Position: Assistant Manager HR

Job Type: Full-time

Sheikh Sons is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, employee management, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation

✅ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

✅ Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management

✅ Support performance management and appraisal processes

✅ Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies

✅ Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

✅ Coordinate training and development programs

✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

✔ - years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setup

✔ Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software

✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
