Description

 Recruit, orient, and train Security Guard for security rules and procedures.

 Develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures necessary for safeguarding lives and property.

 Oversee the coordination of staff during an emergency situation

 Schedule planning of regular visit (S) of deployed locations for improvement and client satisfaction.

 Set up key controls on company equipment and facility to limit access to restricted property.

 Demand the supply of security tools / Weapons and equipment required to carrying out security operations.

 Prepare and present reports of incidents and suggest Options to limit reoccurrence.

 Carry out Liaison with Law Enforcement Agencies and Local firefighting department.

 Oversee the planning and coordination of security operations during high-risk events.

 Assist RM South for performance of any other relevant duties for security operations.

 Carry out Police / NADRA Verification respecting candidates before final enrollment.

 Assist RM for Business Development activities.

 Weekly /Monthly meetings with clients

 Deployment of new guards when asked by the client.

 Ensure good discipline and turnout of guards.

 Submission of required report and returns to head office when they required.

 Ensure welfare of the guard force through effective administrative management.

 Carry out surprise visit to the locations.

Note: candidates must be from paramilitary (Mujahid Forces) and military back ground with knowledge of guarding operations
