Description

. Responsible to supervise routine operations of Accounts:

 Timely Monitoring daily banks position

 Timely Payment processing

 Timely all Vouchers Posting (BPV- BRV, JV, Sales Invoice, MEJV, CPV etc)

 Timely Reconciliations Banks, Debtors, Creditors etc

. Timely monitoring of Schedules of Advance, Loans, BGs, Security Deposits, Fixed Assets etc

. Timely submission of Tax returns - I/Tax & S/Tax

. Timely verify and submission of SECP FORMS

. Responsible for timely transfer of funds:

 Reserves funds in respective reserve’s banks accounts

 Respective Inter-company bank account.

. Prepare projections and details required by Banks, NBFIs & Insurance companies for any fresh finance & insurance requirements and timely renewals of existing facilities.

. Responsible to maintain timely & authentic financial statement. (Job wise, Division Wise & Entity Wise) of Karsaz Group.

. Verify variance analysis of actual expenses v/s estimated Jobs

. Responsible for timely submission of Taxes Returns/ statement:

 Monthly Sales Tax returns

 Quarterly Advance Tax

 WH I/Tax statements (Qutarly/ monthly)

 Annual I/Tax returns

. Responsible for timely correspondence/ follow-ups with Customers/ Intercompany for collection of WH Advance I/Tax & S/Tax Challans

Responsible for timely handing over I/TAX challans to Vendors, Landlord & Employees.

Karsaz (Pvt) Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Assistant Manager Accounts in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have b.com/ part qualified ca/ acca/ icma qualification and atleast 7 years of experience. The position require tax returns, projections, variance analysis, returns, sales tax, advance tax, management reporting mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
