Job Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash records.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial queries.
Provide administrative support to the Accounts Manager/Finance team as required.
