Description
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
Setting reasonable monthly/annual sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. Develop efficient and creative sales and Field marketing strategies & maintaining accurate records.
Establishing new business and organizing daily sales visits, client handling. Demonstrating and Presenting Products/Lead Generation (negotiating contracts and packages)
Sales Planning and implementing Sales Plans with reasonable targets to be achieved

PR Next is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Area Sales Manager in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Sialkot - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s/master degree qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require selling skills, teammanagement, negotiataion, multi-tasking mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 60k to 90k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
