Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative & Receptionist tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to HR Manager and look after Reception area as well. Responsibilities include:
-Booking of air tickets and hotel reservation for staff.
-Managing insurance related issues.
-Handle telephone calls, screen, direct calls, etc
-Take and relay messages for machines breakdown to concerned Department.
-Meet and greet visitors and direct them as per their requirements.
-Sort mails for distribution and arranging documents for courier pickups.
-Preparing quotations and general correspondence letters.
-Filing of all documents.

This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
