We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and organizing schedules.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and files.
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, memos, and reports.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Assist in procurement and inventory management as needed.
Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Support HR with onboarding processes, record-keeping, and employee documentation.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
