Description

• To make sure general administration i.e. monthly / annual gate passes, general repair and maintenance, fleet repair and maintenance, local items purchasing, vehicle accident reporting records, issuance of uniform and PPEs, payment of site’s rent, renewal of site’s rent agreement and payment of utility bills.

• To make sure and maintain all kinds of records (physical and electronic) of general administration of Office.
• To process admin vehicle fuel reimbursement and payment on monthly basis, proper record must be maintained.
• To coordinate with Finance Department and maintain Petty Cash with proper records (physical and electronic) on regular basis.
• To supervise other office staff working under you and oversee work checklist, their job duties including attendance & punctuality record.
• To hire people against vacant positions and train them to avoid difficulties in administrative job.
• To monitor staff’s performance and provide them guidance on regular basis to ensure maximum efficiency.
• To make sure cleaning and washing of all areas including outer areas on regular basis.
• To maintain necessary grocery inventory stock, make sure items purchasing as per agreed financial budget and monitor costs and expenses on regular basis.
• To organize and supervise other office activities i.e. recycling, renovations, event planning, facilities and other maintenance activities.
• To make sure smooth operation of all security systems (automatic and manual both).
• To set an example for your team members of commitment, work ethics, habits and personal character.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree (b. com/bba/b.e/b.s). qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require • ability to work under pressure, • interpersonal and effective communication skills, • analytical mind with problem solving skills, • strong knowledge and understanding of office man mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
