Description

Accounts Officer:

Key Responsibilities are:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and promptly using accounting software
• Prepare bank reconciliations on monthly basis
• Prepare reconciliations of vendor ledgers, ensuring accuracy through proper bookkeeping of invoices.
• Issue of Work Order(s) and follow up on invoice(s) related to them
• Maintain statement of withholding income tax payment deduction under section and and make sure fort timely payment
• Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns (FBR) of all Group of Companies
• Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns (SRB) of all Group of Companies
• Prepare and file quarterly / annual withholding Income Tax returns of all Group of Companies
• Prepare Commercial / sales tax invoices of Project / SQM sale(s)
• Prepare bank payment vouchers of all Group of Companies
• Record expenses against advances for event(s)
• Manage and ensure timely payment of monthly utility bills.
• Prepare and ensure pre-event costing is accurate for all events.
• Follow up on accounts receivables daily to ensure timely collection and minimize outstanding payments.
• Disbursement of Cash Salaries to office staff and workshop labors
• Deposit received cheques into bank accounts, managing with the designated rider.
• Prepare daily bank/cash receipt vouchers and proper record keeping.

Badar Expo Solutions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Accounts Officer in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in KARACHI - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require accounts officer, accounts payable, receivable, transactions, accounting software, basis, vendor, issue, income tax, make, sales tax, returns, group, commercial, project, sales, vouchers, expenses, events, utility, costing, payments, disbursement, cash, office staff, workshop, receipt, record keeping mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 60k to 80k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
