Description

A US Base Company need Account Internee for back offifce responsible for basic accounting tasks like data entry, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with accounts

Payable and receivable, typically under the supervision of a senior accountant or accounting manager; requiring strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Responsiblities:

Monitor any discrepancies in payment, monitor for charges made on credit cards and record any returns.

Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.

Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management.

Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns.

Speak to clients about payments, refunds and statements.

Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time.

Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct.

Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget.

Qualification:

B.COM / BBA / BS Finance & Accounting

Timing: : PM to : AM (Night Shift) - Sunday Off Only

The position require base, basic, accounting, data entry, accounts payable, receivable, supervision, senior accountant, manager, analytical skills, monitor, credit cards, returns, filing, system, senior management, payments, preparation, financial statements, final, bcom, finance, timing, night shift, township, college mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 45k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
