Description

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Accounts & Office Assistant to support daily administrative and coordination tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support across departments.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, data entry, and official documentation.
  • Maintain and manage inventory, stocks, accounts and other related work.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • This role is ideal for students awaiting results, fresh graduates, or candidates with minimal work experience who hold at least a basic degree.
  • to months of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication skills.
