About the Role:

The Account Manager is the bridge between the client and the internal team. Their primary role is to ensure the satisfaction of existing clients, understand their needs, and develop growth opportunities with them—all with the goal of increasing revenue and sustaining long-term relationships.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building trust through regular communication (meetings, calls, follow-up reports).
  • Understanding Client Needs: Gathering requirements and coordinating them with the production, marketing, and design teams to implement appropriate solutions.
  • Business Development (Upsell & Cross-Sell): Proposing additional services or updated packages that meet the client's expectations and increase the contract value.
  • Performance Monitoring: Preparing and presenting account performance reports (customer satisfaction indicators, goal achievement, service usage).
  • Inquiry and Complaint Handling: Responding promptly to any comments or issues and working to resolve them in coordination with the relevant departments.
  • Internal Coordination: Communicating client feedback and inputs to the technical teams and ensuring quality and timely implementation.
  • Contract Negotiation: Renewing contracts and their terms, ensuring the continuation of the partnership under the best terms for both parties.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least – years of experience in account management or B B sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and performance tracking tools.

  • Effective Communication: Ability to explain clearly and listen actively.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Ability to present value and close deals.
  • Organizational Analysis: Analyzing numbers and converting them into practical recommendations.
