Description
We are looking for individuals who have excellent customer service and call center experience for Evening Shift
Timing : pm till : pm
Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries received through phone correspondence from external customers.
Answer and calling in a professional manner to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of complaints regarding claims.
Coordinating with the operations team.
Customer-friendly attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Positions: for Evening Shift
Requirement:
Gender: Male
At least year of call center experience.
Computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office suite required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
