Description

Vertex Logics is a US-based company in Call Center & IT Services Sector in the region. We have already + employees who have been working for a long time. We're now hiring an HR Executive (Male/Female) to help us keep growing.
Responsibilities for HR Executive
·         Responsible for the acquisition of new talents
·         Ensure attendance and time cards monitoring
·         Handling the Employees Complaints and resolving their issues
·         Define and set HR policies within the organization
·         Train employees and other staff about the company system
·         Maintain staff and talent records efficiently
·         Design and update job descriptions
·         Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
·         Screen incoming resumes and application forms
·         Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
·         Advertise job openings on, social media, job boards, and internally
·         Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
·         Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
·         Employee Documentation
 
Qualifications for HR Executive
·         Must be fluent in English
·         + years of experience as an HR Executive/Assistant in the call center field
·         Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Applications
·         Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality
·         Able to handle the work pressure with deadlines
