Responsibilities :-
Unit Manager shall recruit, select, train, supervise,develop and retain active and productive sales consultant
Provide all necessary directions, management and support in order to achieve the required results, in a timely, profitable and sustainable manner.
He/She does this by ensuring that everyone in their area of responsibilities is doing his/her job on a daily basis and in accordance with the Company's standards.
