We are looking for Fresh and Experienced Call Center Representatives to join our growing team.

Fix Salary with handsome incentives!

Paid training will be provided to fresh candidates.

Evening Shift: PM to PM, & PM to PM for ladies

Responsibilities:

- The candidate MUST have an English accent that is either neutral or native to the USA.

- The candidate MUST be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.

- The candidate must be well organized and possess excellent work ethics.

- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

The ideal candidate should have f.a / ba/ matric qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require call center, incentives, training, accent, native, sales, ethics, building, trust, reliability mandatory skills. This is a Part-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
