Description
Should have prior experience in building material firm with experience of + years.
MUST have strong connection with Architects, Consultants and Contractors. (Do ask if he able to share to easily then he must have good connection, if he is not able to even name few architects , consultant and contractor and taking time to think, he might not be the one we are looking)
Should have strong grip on Commercial projects in Lahore. (e.g packages mall , emporium mall etc these are commercial projects) .
MUST have good reputation in market and good connection with key Consultant , contractors and architects.
Should have good communication and presentations skills.
Should have his own vehicle, Company will pay fuel , maintenance allowance.
Ask him about key projects in Lahore that he converts by himself not his manager. This is key point.
Job Specification
Cube Discipline is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Territory Sales Manager in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require building material, contractors, consultant, contractor, commercial projects, market, communication, maintenance mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
