Description
- Report to CEO, ODC Director, Director Karachi Office & Senior HR
- Help VeriPark develop capability locally and internationally
- Review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager
- Ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidate(s)
- Develop a pool of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills
- Identify sourcing and uncovering candidates
- Screen the competence of candidates against a technical job description
- Meet candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc. to assess their qualifications
- Schedule technical tests and interviews of shortlisted candidates
- Manage data bank, hiring pipeline sheets
- Analyze & propose alternate methods of capability development
- Follow up while keeping candidates in the loop

VERiPARK is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Technical/IT/Software Recruiter in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors/masters - business administration/computer sciences qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require recruitment, screening, interviewing, strong listener, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, leadership mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 50k to 150k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
