 TA Associate will be responsible for screening, interviewing and placing candidates, as well as keeping up to date on local hiring and market practices. S/He will be responsible for finding the best employees for the organization. S/He will work in collaboration with the department Head of the department they are hiring for,will mainly be responsible for:
Job Description:
• Attract and select people for the functional departments and retail stores with the respective attitude and technical skills
• Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints
• Conduct competency based interviews 
• Ensure minimum competencies requirements are fulfilled by candidates to be evaluated by line managers
• Establish a strong cooperation with line managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner with the highest quality
• Guide the line managers through the end to end recruitment process
• Create pool of candidates to ensure the in time execution of recruitment strategy
• Manage or contribute in hiring in relation with current needs of the team

The ideal candidate should have bba | mba in hrm qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
