RESOLVE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROBLEMS BY CLEARIFYING THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, DETERMINING THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM.SELECTING & EXPLAINING THE BEST SOLUTION TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
Should Read, Speak and Write Excellent English
Should have excellent command over English grammar, spellings and sentence structure.
Preferably 1 year experience in verbal/non-verbal customer support.
Have excellent computer typing skills.
Be enthusiastic and quick learner
Possess keen interest in image editing and design with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Reader, Word and Excel software packages.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

The ideal candidate should have inter-mediate / a-level / o-level / bachelors qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require customer, verbal, english, computer, typing, image, editing, time mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 12k to 15k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
