Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial analysis reports to CFO.
Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and oversee the audit process, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure the organization's financial practices remain current and in compliance.

Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Sr. Accounts Manager in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have icma/acca qualified proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or financial management. strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, balance, cash flow, financial analysis, budget management, monitor, cost optimization, revenue enhancement, risk management, compliance, regulations, accounting standards, leadership, mentor, providing, support, performance, professional, development, process improvement, accounting, procedures, internal, process, industry, current mandatory skills.
