Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents.

Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness

Communicate timely correspondence back to customers, track and resolving any issues regarding product

Individual having the Ability to read, writes, and speaks Espanol fluently along with good English

Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)

Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations

Must be flexible to work in shifts

Excellent communication skills

The ideal candidate should have intermediate/ a level and above qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
