Description

Job Title: Software Development Manager

Location: Karachi

What You’ll Do:

You will be managing the eZhire IT team, your responsibilities will be to make sure that the production systems are working seamlessly, New requirements are developed and delivered on time. To achieve these tasks, you need to make sure that tasks are allocated properly, resources are giving full time and effort to the allocated tasks, accessing the individual resource’s performance on regular basis, motivating the team to go the extra mile. As we are a tech company so you will need to learn and implement the latest technological changes in the systems, working (Programming) if needed, Generating Technical stories. You will be liaising between the IT team and higher management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required in the relevant field

+ years of professional experience in the IT industry, with + years of experience as an IT manager

Solid experience in the agile methodology

Solid experience in the DevOps tools

Solid experience in project management tools, especially Jira

Having solid programming experience in multiple technology stacks

Working experience for a startup is a plus
