Description

Responsibilities:

  • Multi Tasking – Ability to succeed while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities. This includes customer complains, questions and concerns.
  • Key Focal Resource – Should effectively coordinate repairs / rework / maintenance / post sales support in order to obtain optimum utilization of equipment, resources and personnel and prevent or alleviate operational delays in another department.
  • Delegate and direct serve tasks, monitor progress of all current and pending projects.
  • Stay upto date with industry standards and innovations, materials, tools and / or processes that can be beneficial for the company.
  • Making Decisions and problem solving – Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problem.Scheduling work and activities – Scheduling service and repair work and deliveries
  • Resolving conflicts and carry out effective negotiations – Handling complains, settling disputes and resolving grievances and conflicts.

 Requirements:

  • BE / BS Degree in Electrical / Mechanical
  • 10 years of experience in relevant field
  • Local / Foreign certification in relevant field.
