Description

ARA.Group Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of - FULL TIME SEO/SEM Specialist in the field of Advertising. This is an online/remote position only so you will have to work from home or wherever you feel comfortable. The ideal candidate should have bs qualification and atleast years of experience. The position requires someone who is hard working, loyal individual who can work under pressure as this is a results based position. If we feel you are not able to meet expectations or you are not working hard enough you will be let go but if you can show results then you will have a long term stable job for years.  This is a Full-Time job.Salary vary between k to k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience.

Description

• Results based position. If you can prove you are good at your job and the rankings are improving then you will have a long term secured and stable job. 

• We are looking for a SEO specialist for full time salary position to increase visibility of

services, brand, and lead generation. We currently have websites that could use a full SEO facelift.

• Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and

uncover new opportunities

• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and

web pages

• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals

– general and keyword specific

• Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic

reporting on client projects

• Create content for blog posts to help increase rankings. 

• Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals

• Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in

coordination with SEO goals

• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and

developments

• Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy

• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key

areas of importance in accordance client goals

• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels

• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Over years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as

internal reporting tool

• Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)

• Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments

• Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations

• BS/BA degree preferred

JOB DUTIES:

• Audit current Company Website (S).

• Make recommendations to improve searchability of site.

• Implement SEO key words to website.

• Target Audience: Real Estate Investors looking to purchase fix and flip, single family rentals, multifamily

rentals.

• Drive traffic for organic growth and online appearances

• Keep management updates with daily tracking of keyword rankings
