Description

Responsibilities of Senior SQA Engineer:

• Meeting with the software developers to determine quality assurance parameters.

• Leading the QA team and evaluate testing needs and develop test plans & methodologies based on requirements.

• Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.

• Design and create suitable testing environments and test methodologies.

• Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.

• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.

• Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.

• Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.

• Ensure end-to-end testing and sign off on the ready to submit products.

• Automate tests to validate applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

• - years in testing and quality assurance experience

• Experience in testing complex features and products.

• Experience with mobile and API testing

• Good knowledge of version control tools, GIT.

• Experience in creating test cases for mobile and web applications.

• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving, fast paced collaborative environment.

• Excellent written and oral communication

• Able to handle multiple projects.

• Understanding of Software Quality Assurance principles

• Familiarity with agile development methodology and Scrum.

• Extensive experience in software testing (test-case writing, review, defect reporting, oltesting strategies, etc.)

• Experience in Selenium

• Experience of using any test automation framework.
