Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and providing technical support to IRD’s Maternal & Child Health (MCH) team in developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and assessing ongoing and new projects. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Identify grant opportunities and diversify the funding portfolio of MCH program.

. Responsible for researching, preparing, and submitting research and implementation grants.

. Conduct field visits to assess the challenges and facilitate implementation.

. Prepare and timely submit donor reports for ongoing and new projects.

. Conduct individual and collaborative research projects within IRD and its network of affiliated organizations.

. Contribute towards the abstract and manuscript writing of existing and new MCH research projects.

. Ensure implementation of projects in line with IRD-Pakistan and donor regulations as applicable.

. Review and analyze monthly financial reports for MCH projects.

. Supervise and manage Program staff.

. Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualification Master’s degree or higher
