Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Multimedia Specialist to lead the planning, development, and execution of multimedia content for our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, motion graphics, graphic design, and content strategy, with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

• Lead the design and production of high-quality videos, animations, and visual content for marketing, branding, social media, and internal communication.
• Oversee multimedia projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to create engaging and strategic content.
• Manage video shoots including script planning, storyboarding, lighting, sound, and post-production editing.
• Supervise junior multimedia designers and freelancers, providing guidance and quality control.
• Ensure timely execution of multimedia projects while maintaining high production standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia design, animation, and digital storytelling.
• Optimize content for different platforms and formats (web, mobile, social media, etc.).
