Senior Flutter Developer - Job Description

YOUR TASKS

● Help to build our Flutter capability and Flutter team

● Set up the initial templates and plans on how and when we will build Flutter apps in the future

● Technical conception and development of innovative multiplatform Flutter apps

● Significant participation in the planning of new mobile projects

● Creation of test scenarios to ensure product quality

● Close cooperation with other mobile platform developers (e.g. Android), project management as well as fullstack and the design and quality assurance team

YOUR PROFILE

Must-have:

● Successfully completed degree in (media) informatics or an equivalent qualification

● Very good knowledge of mobile app development with Flutter and about Mobile application development in general

● You have helped to deliver at least one Flutter app to relevant app stores

● You have used at least one relevant architectural pattern with Flutter

● Enthusiasm for building beautiful user interfaces and UX design

● Analytical competence, sense of quality, strong communication and team skills as well as a high degree of initiative and self-motivation

● Good command of spoken and written English

● Experience in native development with either Swift or Kotlin

● Knowledge in the creation of automated tests

● Understanding of how to release a mobile app to either Play store or App Store

Nice-to-have:

● You know Kotlin and Swift well enough to be able to debug problems in Flutter plugins

● Knowledge of how to implement a pipeline for testing and deploying a Flutter app to Appcenter

● You have good understanding of of inner workings and architecture of Flutter

TECH STACK

● Programming languages: Dart, Swift and Kotlin

● State Management: BloC

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Overall Application Development Experience : Four to Five years
Flutter Experience: Two years
