Description

● Coordinate with restaurant owners/managers to gather updated content (photos, menus,

promotions, events)
● Create social media posts (captions + posts) for Lunchbox as well as restaurant clients
● Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business
● Maintain and update monthly content calendars for each restaurant
● Send posts to clients for approval when needed and adjust based on feedback
● Highlight client success stories, marketing tips, service updates, and internal news for
Lunchbox
● Maintain Lunchbox’s brand voice: energetic, supportive, marketing-savvy
● Respond lightly to social media engagement (comments, DMs) for Lunchbox and clients
● Design marketing visuals and social media templates using Canva
● Manage posting schedules to ensure consistent online presence for all accounts
● Communicate professionally and promptly with assigned restaurant clients about their
social media needs
● Provide simple weekly updates internally on what content has been posted and
upcoming plans

● Stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts without
supervision
● Suggest creative post ideas for client promotions, events, holidays, and campaigns

Collaboration:
• Work with the Designer to ensure social media graphics and promotional visuals
align with each client’s brand image.
• Coordinate with the Videographer to ensure video content (reels, short clips,
promotional videos) meets quality and branding standards.
• Communicate with the Sales Team to stay updated on customer expectations,
promotions, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with other partners and tools used by Lunchbox (such as content
schedulers, CRM systems, and marketing platforms) to streamline workflows and maintain
consistent output.

The position require restaurant, content, events, social media, schedule, post, facebook, google, client, marketing, service, internal, news, brand, voice, engagement, design, posting, online, media, creative, ideas, promotions, holidays, designer, graphics, promotional, video, quality, branding, sales, customer, tools, platforms mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
