Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect to join our design and construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural plans, interior layouts, and D models for residential, commercial, or institutional projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to bring architectural visions to life through detailed drawings, material specifications, and structural planning. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and ds Max is essential. A strong understanding of building codes, sustainable design principles, and aesthetic innovation is also critical.

Key Responsibilities:

Design building layouts, floor plans, and D renderings

Develop architectural concepts and construction drawings

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients

Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards

Select appropriate materials and finishes for visual and functional quality

Review design feasibility and oversee project documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent

– + years of professional experience in architectural design

Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools

Creative mindset with attention to detail and functionality

Strong communication and presentation skills

Portfolio of previous architectural works is required
