Description
Job Title: Sales & Client Acquisition Executive
- Hunt down new leads and potential clients through research, networking, cold outreach (email, calls, social), and referrals.
- Qualify prospects: understand their business, pain points, needs, budget.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and business profitability.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate data about leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.
- Conduct market research: understand industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing, & emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing / creative teams to make sales materials (proposals, decks, case studies) that resonate.
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and initial satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets / KPIs regularly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition — preferably in digital marketing, creative agency, or similar field.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and building relationships.
- Good analytical ability and research skills: you should be able to study market data, competitive landscape, spot opportunities.
- Organized, with good time management; able to manage multiple prospects at different stages.
- Comfortable doing cold outreach, following up, handling rejections, and persisting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and sales tracking.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with appetite to grow and improve.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications) is a plus, but not always mandatory if you have strong sales results.
