Chaplet International (Private) Limited is a manufacturing house that produces dental & surgical instruments handling and care products for sterilization, storage and Transportation.

We are looking to hire a “Sales Officer”

Duties & Responsibilities:

. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

. Proven sales experience.

. Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.

. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

. Effective communication skills.

. Exceptional customer service skills.

Job Specification

chaplet International Private Limited is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Sales Officer in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree in business administration qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require impeccable customer service skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, motivated, driven attitude, proven track record in sales environment, expert in time management, ability to meet and/or exceed monthly mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 30k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
