1. Responsible for meeting with the clients to handle its complaints proactively sell company services to residential and business customers within the territory and meet daily & monthly sales, recovery and visit targets.
2. Keep detailed record of sales activity, Plan daily sales call routes and customer visits.
3. Design and co-ordinate regular electronic mail out initiatives
4. Prepare marketing statistics and assessing the results of marketing campaigns.
5. Draft promotional material and liaise with the designer and printers for production.
6. Manage the marketing database and email distribution list including new subscriptions, opt-outs and bounce backs.
