Description

Sales and Revenue Generation:


Identify and target potential clients and sales opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Address client inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities promptly.
Sales Process Management:

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Reporting and Analysis:

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tender submission.
Develop and compile all required documentation, including technical, financial, and compliance-related materials.
Ensure that all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with tender specifications.
Bid Strategy and Development:

Develop competitive pricing strategies and win themes.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform bid strategies.
Review and approve final tender submissions before submission deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require sales, revenue, target, market research, customer, market, relationship, client, solutions, process, sales presentations, product, contracts, activities, transactions, performance, data, internal, documentation, technical, strategy, pricing, inform, final mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
