Online Sales & Support Representative (OSSR) is responsible for developing new business through prospecting and cold calling new leads.
In addition, the OSSR is responsible for maintaining client relationships and serving as a point of contact for clients and operations personnel.
Within a designated online men's fashion market, an online Sales & Support Representative is also responsible for identifying leads, pro actively prospecting and selling, and closing deals with customers primarily in the e-commerce industry.
