Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Restaurant Operations Incharge to oversee and manage the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all departments, maintain the highest standards of customer service, and drive profitability while motivating the team.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee staff performance, duty rosters, and training requirements.
Manage stock control, inventory, and supplier coordination.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Monitor sales, expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service, efficiency, and profitability.
Coordinate with management on marketing promotions and operational improvements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant POS systems, inventory, and reporting.
