Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Karachi
Industry: Telecommunication

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring addition of good distributors & retailers,operational efficiency and ROI of all of them.
Ensures ample stock of brands with distributors for standardized distribution in agreed channels.
Ensures that regional and sales teams are managing territory well according to Trade Marketing strategy and ensuring direct delivery with agreed service level, productivity and controlling out of stock to channel through distributors and retailers. Ensuring agreed numeric and weighted distribution reach on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Interacting with retailers in carrying and developing business, build liaison with trade and other market.
Train team for better productivity and visibility of the company brand in the market.
Ensure that Sales centers are managed according to SOPs.
Coordinates with trade marketing and channel development term to ensure % compliance of all agreed policies and procedures.
Ensuring agreed score in regional and area score cards.
Keep update of current market situation and competition analysis.
Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
Ensure continuous improvement.
Make plan for marketing BTL activities and enhance the visibility for consumer awareness.
Identify the key location of the outlets and markets for good visibility.
Assign the monthly sales targets to ASM and promoter team.
