Description

RENAISSANCE INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION (PVT)LTD are seeking applications for the position of Senior Recovery officers to be based at Head Office Lahore. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized universities.

Experience: Minimum ~ years’ experience of land recovery.

Job responsibilities:

 To coordinate with Legal Affairs Department for recovery related cases & litigation.

 To develop linkages with police, revenue & other departments for speeding up of recovery.

 Follow-up calls / SMS / e-mail / letters / correspondence and visits to depositors as per the requirement

 Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting related to collection progress, aging, and other relevant parameters.

 Ensure that the assigned collection and Recovery targets are met through establishing contacts on the Phone and with the help of Recovery Field Officer.

 Maintain and record all settlements agreements made with the customers.

 Ensure daily follow-up from clients and maintains its log.

 Ensure strong liaising with Head of Sales for prompt recoveries.

 Initiate demand and reminding letters to all defaulting customers and review all credit files for proper documentation and monitoring.

 Follow up on major debtors' accounts assigned to ensure recoveries through calls, demand notices, or any other appropriate means.

 Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions.

Skills:

 Ability to think critically, analyze data for decision making and reporting

 Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills

 Well versed in MS-Excel, Smart/ Google Sheets, Web based applications & Computer literacy

 Basic Mathematics and Financial Skills

 Customer handling skills

 Ability to work with team spirit and responsibility
