Description
Handle all telephone calls at main switchboard (PABX) promptly, courteously and efficiently.
Ensure that the reception area is tidy and welcoming, and information within the reception is up to date.
Responsible for office house-keeping.
Respond courteously and effectively to incoming requests from internal and external contacts at all levels, via the telephone, and in person.

Karsaz (Pvt) Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Receptionist (Female) in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require good communication skill, presentable personality, polite and courteous way of talking mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 18k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
