Description
Answer phones and operate a switchboard. Route calls to specific people. Answer inquiries about company. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in. Schedule meetings and conference rooms. Make coffee and set out food. Ensure reception area is tidy. Coordinate mail flow in and out of office. Coordinate office activities. Handle phone calls from people calling in sick. Gather personal and insurance information. Hand out employee applications. Arrange appointments.

DansidHR Consulting is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Receiptionist/ Front Desk Officer (Female) in the field of Supply Chain in one of their office located in karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require calls, make, room, schedule, coffee, reception, area, mail, flow, office, phone, people, calling, personal, insurance mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 18k to 20k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
