Arkaa Consultants a rapidly growing organization of Real Estate Sector is looking for Professionals and motivated Real Estate sales/property Consultants for its Potential Commercial and Residential projects based in Lahore and Islamabad. Experienced individuals having minimum of years of experience in the relevant field is MUST.

Both males and females are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with the following skills will be preferred.

• At least a Bachelor’s degree is required for the post, Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing will be preferred.

• Should have excellent communication, presentation and Negotiation Skills.

• Proven record of accomplishment of Project Sales in both Commercial and Residential projects.

• Capable of handling pressure and competition.

• The ability of closing sales is necessary.

• Must be a good team player with a positive attitude towards the organization.

• Understand and analyses the given sales targets

• Pleasant personality hard working

• Use network in order to generate new business for the company

• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose investment plans that suit them best.

The ideal candidate should have ba qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require real estate sales, sales, marketing, communication, negotiation skills, pressure, team player mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30 to 35 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
