Description

We are hiring Quality auditors, fresh & experienced passionate individuals who can understand English are encouraged to apply.

• The Quality Auditor will be responsible to listen to the audio files and make sure that they are as per the compliance script.
• Identifying the Major & Minor Errors after hearing the audio with precision and highlighting the errors to the concerned department.
• Entering the correct information and details with accuracy in the Database
• Call Scoring according to call evaluation.
• Provides feedback to Sales reps, team leaders, and managers.
• Conduct feedback and training sessions for reps.
• Resolve any disputes filed by reps, TLs, and/or Managers.
• Prepares and analyses internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned.
• Achieve all daily and monthly KPIs.
